Alexander ‘Xander’ Davidson is a Level 3 certified personal trainer in Airdrie, specialising in body confidence, weight loss, strength and conditioning, and muscle tone development. Based at PureGym Coatbridge, he helps people across North Lanarkshire — including Coatbridge, Motherwell and Bellshill — get past the mental hurdle of walking into a gym for the first time.
Fitness has been his world since he was 16 — back when Instagram was food pics and YouTube was wedding videos set to Chris Brown songs. A lot has changed since. Anyone can post the “next best thing,” but the actual hurdle hasn’t moved: stepping through the gym doors with a plan.
